Much time was spent to retool and recreate the voluminous manufacturing processes required to manufacture this helmet in its exact, original form. In addition, countless hours of research were required to insure that the helmet was recreated to accurately reflect the designs used during the "throwback" era. Each season has been carefully researched through such authorities as the College Football Hall of Fame, the Iowa Archives, and HelmetHut.com.
